Be Slow to Anger: Practicing Patience

“Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.”

Proverbs 14:29

When we approach situations with patience, we allow ourselves the time to assess, learn, and gain a deeper insight into the matter at hand. Patience empowers us to make more informed decisions and maintain better relationships. Conversely, responding with anger without restraint often leads to impulsive actions and decisions that may not align with our long-term interests, revealing a lack of wisdom or sound judgment.
